Privacy Policy
Runway is a cash forecasting tool operated by Turney Systems, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who sees it. Questions: runwaysupport@turneysystems.com.
What we collect
- Your email address. We use it to sign you in with a magic link and to contact you about your account.
- Your forecast data. The balance, line items, amounts, dates, labels, and scenario switches you type in. We never ask for bank logins and never connect to your bank.
- Your plan and billing status. Which plan you are on and its renewal state. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting and database providers log standard request data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To run Runway: sign you in, save your forecast, and apply your plan limits.
- To process payments and send receipts and account messages.
- To send the weekly Monday email, if you are on a plan that includes it.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising or share your forecast with advertisers.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Stripe: payments and subscription management.
- Our email delivery provider: sign-in links and the Monday email.
These providers process data only to serve us. Your data is processed and stored in the United States.
Your device
Runway stores a copy of your forecast in your browser's local storage so it works before you sign in and keeps your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing runwaysupport@turneysystems.com from the address on your account. We act on deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your forecast data. We may keep limited billing records where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. After deletion we remove it from our systems, and from backups within a reasonable period.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by per-user rules in our database. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
Runway is for business use by adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, for material changes, email account holders.
